We negotiate on your behalf and once an agreement is reached, we enter the Closing process. Candice Willis is our Team Transaction Manager. She handles all the details of the Closing to insure a smooth process. She will schedule the Attorney and Inspections and will communicate with you through this process. We are with you every step of the way until we close on your new home. The bottom line is that we will work hard for you and have your best interest at heart.
